Attended this year's Cream Halloween Ball for WhenInManila.
Year in and year out, the Cream Halloween Ball promises to be the biggest costume party in Manila. This year, I came as a gypsy and failed miserably (yeah, my costume was too casual, I suck!). I promise to dress up next year!
